Good product....

I had nasal surgery and tonsillectomy last week. It’s been hell. As a very devout side-sleeper, when the doc told me to sleep at an elevated angle, I didn’t think I’d be able to. This recovery has been rough, and sleep is generally elusive, but what little sleep I’ve gotten is because of this wedge. It’s firm and supportive, the cover is washable, and the angle was very comfortable. I worried it wouldn’t keep its shape with 24/7 use, but that hasn’t been an issue. All the drainage has been a hard part of this recovery. Laying with my head elavated was the only thing that saved me. The only thing I would recommend would be to cover the wedge with a soft sheet. The cover can be scratchy against sensitive skin if you’re lying on it for extended periods of time. Even after all this, I will use this for reading or being on my laptop while in bed. Also, helps with snoring and will be great to have for future cold seasons. Thank you for making a great product at a great price!

I got this pillow to prop myself up while I sleep for nights when I'm sick or my allergies are acting up. I previously had one of those corner pillows that looks sort of like an arm chair, but the angle was too steep for sleeping comfortably. I would always slide down in the middle of the night and end up with a stiff neck. This one of the perfect angle and is firm enough to stay supportive, even when I move around. Some reviewers commented that it was way too hard, but I lay my regular pillow on top of it and it's completely fine. For me, it's not meant to be a pillow; it's meant to keep my pillow propped up enough that I can breather when I'm congested, and it does exactly that. Definitely recommend!

I have extreme back pain that comes at night. So bad my back locks up and doesn't allow me to sleep let alone lay flat. This wedge is plenty firm and supported my weight so that my back aligned properly again. I didn't experience much slipping and had no smells of offgassing. The firmness is great and I got my first night's sleep again last night!FYI, I saw other reviewers pictures with the thick part under the back and triangle tip by the shoulders. It's not going to work like that. The thin triangular tip is supposed to start under your tailbone and elevate to the thickest part under your upper back. A pillow to supplement at the top makes it work perfectly

I was really on the fence about buying this wedge pillow. From the really mixed reviews I really wasn't sure if this would work for my dad. I bought this for him so that he can lay on the couch comfortably. I bought the 10 inch pillow and it was a perfect choice. This wedge pillow itself is very firm and he likes to add another pillow on top of it sometimes so that he can be propped up higher. For the price it was so worth it.

The foam is very firm (as I was hoping for, so no complaints there), but I have yet to really try it out because the smell gives me a headache. This wedge -- along with two others I ordered -- has been airing out for a few days, and the smell is just starting to very slowly dissipate. In an effort to speed the process along, I actually resorted to lightly spraying all three wedges with Oust air sanitizer (outdoor scent) this afternoon. I'm hoping another night outdoors does the trick so I can actually start getting accustomed to using all three before my scheduled surgery.
