Handy for watching phone in bed. Neck tends to be a bit sore even with the padding, phone holder loosens and moves slowly to a slope no matter how much I tighten it. I'm getting used to tilting my head with it. Handy if you use blue tooth headset but nightmare if you need to plug in a jack or the charger as the gap in the bottom doesn't allow much room

My phone felt snug and secure in the holder. When wearing it around my neck, I would rate the comfort a soft four out of five.
