Brilliant product
Brilliant product ! This is my preferred Kinesiology tape. It is easy to apply, has the right amount of stretch & stays in place for 5 days. As a Sports & Remedial therapist I get through a lot of tape and need it to do it’s job for my clients and this does.

Great product !

Very effective and adhesive.
Purchased for my son who is running in 100km in May to raise money for Mind. This tape is helping support his hamstring and knee during and after his runs.

Not that sticky!
Find it lifts off too easily at the edges, even when rounded and rubbed to heat the glue.

Does what you want it to do.
Sticks well. Works well. Just an FYI Unless you want a waxing I would highly recommend that you shave the area first.

I like the quality of the tape. But, its all tape and backing. So to try and separate the two when you have bad hands to begin with made it very difficult.

Use PT frequently and like that this stretches a bit and has lots of color choices!
