Help for External Drive
I was at my wits end trying to find a way to access information on my external drive. The cord was frayed by dog, and the device stopped working. I purchased another cord from a "computer store, but the drive was still inoperable. Finally, I looked at the original cord, searched for brand and purchased through Amazon. Now I can access my data again! Thank you, Amazon!

Doesn't work
This did not work for me. The specs match the old one word for word, specification for specification, and it does not work. I have another AC adapter that does work, but this one doesn't. Do not know why.
