Great flavor
So good. The flavor is great and the heat level isn't too crazy.

No Sodium/Great tasting!!!
This is the best hot sauce because the flavor is excellent. it isn't just hot to be hot. Also, there is no sodium in this hot sauce which made me fall in love with the product.

solid hot sauce
I took this sauce first by itself on a spoon prob like 4 drops and it was hot like very hot kinda like on the brink of the hottest my level can tolerate and basically stayed at that spot for a good 5 mins. the flavor is good but it's not my preference I would say it's like a good piano chord tho notes of flavor come in timely manner. I get the citrus the sweet, carrot, the flavors all come in a good order and you can really taste it all detailed and the spice comes in at the end. it's a thicker sauce you can taste bits. so then i ate this sauce with food instead and ill tell you its a bit diff. the heat is still high but i have to use a good amount and the heat isnt there as long so thats cool. I give this sauce a 8.5/10. I prefer my hot sauce to be sweet but if you like more citrus vinegar this is it. I'm going on a hunt for the best and spiciest hot sauces, (done with da bomb, and Dave's gourmet I forgot which one) so far so good this was worth the grab. thanks i would recommend. peace!

Really good flavor.
Having gone through about half the bottle, I think I have an adequate opinion on this sauce now.Firstly, if you're new to hot sauce, don't be scared off when you see ghost chilies in the ingredients.Don't get me wrong, Zombie Apocalypse is hot, but not painful. It's not nearly as hot as I was expecting. The flavor is quite nice, in my opinion. It honestly reminds me of Buffalo Sauce in a lot of ways. It's a thick sauce and doesn't have an overpowering vinegar flavor. One thing I would change would be adding a little more mandarin orange to it. That's what really enticed me to buy this when I saw it in the ingredients list, but honestly, I don't find it at all when I use it.It could just be the batch my bottle came from, but I think more of the mandarin orange would have been nice. The heat is good when it hits and dissipates quickly, so you're not left in agony after you finish your meal. It's more of a pleasant tingle followed by a nice wave of heat. It's hot without being so much that you can't enjoy your food.I did try tossing some chicken wings with this and it doesn't overpower the taste of the chicken at all. Pork sliders also came out really well. Adding it to pizza right out of the bottle is good, too.Everyone's taste is going to be different, but I'd say Zombie Apocalypse is definitely worth trying.I'll be ordering again.

Flavor Forward
I am a repeat buyer of this hot sauce. It was designed with flavor in mind over just heat. It has great versatility. It’s a bit of the pricey side but definitely a ton tier option.

Not weaponized, tastes good
In the world of hot sauce there are the obvious tiers that separate the sauces for the average person, from the enthusiast, from the insane, and from the dare devils. This is not insane or weaponized level heat, but it's there and it burns for awhile. The sauce itself is really good. I had this on a sausage biscuit in the morning and it was right on time.

Delicious and about as hot as anyone should want it
Came back to note: I've managed to convince myself its "reasonable" to spend 10 or 12 on a little bottle of hotsauce. Absurd, but I do it. $18 f'ing dollars is prohibitively expensive. WTF, Torch Bearer? Your site is no better, $15 plus $6 shipping!? I wanna recommend this awesome stuff but people will look at me like im an a-hole for recommending a $20 bottle of hotsauce. It is ALMOST worth it, but for the record---i came here to buy a couple bpttles (have bought several before) and will not be purchasing more. At first this stuff was nearly too hot for me...but it tastes so good I keep using it. Came back to order bottle #4 and figured I owed them a review for making such a good sauce. While it is more of a "pepper sludge" consistency, it is blended very smooth. It is amazing on burgers, roasted potatoes, and fries. Oh and some got on some cornbread and that was great, too actually. If you know anyone who talks a big hot sauce game---give em a spoonful of THIS stuff. I don't know of any hotter sauce. This is the end of the line lol. Everything else that might be hotter is just gimmick, intentionally burning and no real flavor. This sauce is really tasty...you just need to really like hot hot hot to enjoy it. This is a different animal from Alvins yellow, Sauce Bae, Spicey Shark....those are all great but for the heat factor-- this one is SOO much hotter. Highly recommended if you can afford $20 on a bottle of hot sauce!!!

Great sauce, great taste, great heat!
Like others, I found an interest in hot sauces because of "Hot Ones". I tried looking for the hottest sauces in supermarkets but couldn't find anything hotter than Tabasco. The reviews for this sauce were good and the zombie label looks badass so I ordered it.When I received it, I decided to try it by licking the lid label which had a drop or 2 of sauce. It was pretty hot. I got a bit sweaty and the tingly feeling stayed in my mouth for 15 minutes.I brought it to work and bought some buffalo wings to share with my co-workers. what I learned was that the sauce isn't as hot when you eat it with food. I put a few dabs on a buffalo wing and I was completely fine and I wanted more.Taste wise it's very distinct. Ironically I wouldn't say that this tasted great with the buffalo wing, but I put a few dabs on some chicken mesquite w/ beans and it tasted pretty good. I also tried it on some eggs and it was okay.Generally I'd say it's quite "Habanero-ish" so maybe sea foods or red meat would taste best for this sauce. Each time that I try this sauce I find myself putting more and more. I'd compare it to regular habanero sauce but with better flavor.
