The chair arrived quickly and very well packed. All the nuts/bolts/screws were secured in a packet with the tools required to assemble the chair. Everything went very well, every component was labelled and the instructions was clear to follow. But we just had a problem with one of the arm rests. The hole for a nut to go through did not line up correctly. Luckily my husband was able to drill the metal to make it fit. So we was able to make the arm rest fit and be safe. I have noticed that other people had a problem and I thought it wouldn't happen to us but it did. Once up and completed after that the chair is sturdy and the seat comfortable. If you have no facilities to be able to do DIY I would consider not to buy.

Absolutely LOVE this swing. Needed 2 people to build it, however the instructions were easy enough to follow and we managed to build it in an hour.The swing is impressively sturdy and looks an absolute beauty. (I even added some solar lights to it - not included with the swing).5 stars all around.

Needed a replacement for a previous three seater garden swing that we inherited. Took a punt on this one, having read some of the reviews. As with all flat packs you wonder whether all the bits are going to be there & undamaged. No fear , all good on that part. The instructions are pictorial & fairly straight forward to follow. A few minor problems, getting holes & bolts to line up but that was more about tensioning. It took two of us, about 2 1/4 hours to assemble. Not quite as sturdy as previous seat but looks good & is comfortable. Longevity test comes over the years

We had a swing seat for 8/9years it eventually rusted through , so we decided to buy another one . After checking loads on different sites we decided on this one because it was similar to our other one , But when it arrived it was so much better , very good quality, comfortable , reasonably priced and it looked good as well . It took my husband & I approximately 2 hours to erect ( we are both in our 70s ) So yes I would thoroughly recommend this swing seat .

Love this swing chair hubby and kids (adult) had trouble building it as holes misaligned took around 6 hours in the baking sun to erect it for my birthday am so grateful to them as it is really comfortable and nice looking also the parasol is of a good design as you can tilt it and the rain runs off.

Looks the business once it's put together but it's a definite 2 man job. If I hadnt already read that the canopy was the hardest part I would have wondered what was wrong with me, lol.Needs securing in wind as it's VERY lightweight and takes off across the patio; a couple of sandbags would do the trick altho not really a great look. I weigh mine down with metal garden chairs when expecting dodgy weather...I'd say slightly hi maintenance but worth it, most comfy swing chair ever!

Good for child who doesn't like the sun to relax and read on. Most comfortable 1 child /1 adult or 2 adults on,but will sit 3. It looks good and is worth the money paid. I hope it weathers ok. Delivered on time and with no fuss involved. I like it and would recommend it. It was straight forward to assemble.

Stretching canopy over frame proved quite tricky. The first time it was windy the whole swing blew over. I think there is a design fault re. Canopy. Impossible to tighten frame any more resulting in the wind getting under the canopy and blowing it into a vertical position. The swing itself is sturdy and very comfortable
