Firstly – Amazon really knows how to test customers' patience! I tried calling their Delivery Partner multiple times, and every single time, my call got diverted to the delivery agent, only to be instantly declined with a "Busy on another call" message. The best part? I even tried calling while standing right in front of the delivery agent, and it still said the same. If Amazon doesn’t want customers to contact their delivery executives, then why give a number in the first place?Secondly – Just look at the images and tell me—does this look secondhand? Used? Or is this the quality I should expect for ₹700? Honestly, I don’t know whether to laugh or be disappointed.And as if that wasn’t enough, every time I click on "Replace," the servers magically stop working, taking forever to load, while the rest of the shopping app runs smoothly. Perfect timing, right?
