I really like these fiber capsules. I think the price is decent and definitely better than the price for Metamucil fiber capsules and they work just as well. It's an easy way to get your fiber every day if you can't fit in enough fruits and vegetables.

After a couple of week I was then told I can ask for a refundand a received my money back with out issue.Again GOOD Product just bad communication from sell and Amazon as well
