I'm new to the Kratom Kraze. So any info I can get is greatly appreciated. I am interested in Kratom because of depression and anxiety. Is there a particular type of Kratom that is better for that. Between the Whites, Reds and Greens, not to mention the different types within each color. It's hard to figure out. I do know I'm not interested in one that would make me sleep or drowsy. Gives information on kratom straight foreward. it is clear and consice. if you are contemplating trying this herb this is a good book to start with.Iafter a lot of dithering I finally tried this stuff.
