The media could not be loaded.  I've struggled for a while with my feet. I have a build up of hard skin on my heals and big toes. I have tried manual things like pumice stones, the grater like things and a grit thing but none have really worked. This is really good. It's easily rechargable and gas two different heads. It is a good vacuum also as hardly any skin debris ends up on the floor. Instead it sucks it all up. This is easy to clean. Nice one!

I’ve had many versions of hard skin removers but this is maybe the least effective. I really like the design and the ability to be able to recharge it.

Worked for a while then the slot for the charger cable went inside the item and now can’t be used. Will be returning it

Arrived late box was open and it had had no buffer pad, no removal tool and no instructions. It makes a lot of noise but doesn't do much else waste of money

Product looks good and is comfortable to hold but it would have been helpful if there were instructions included in the package. How does one clean out the skin shavings?

I would like a new product please, not something somebody has handled, returned improperly packed and then sold again.
