Autonomous ErgoChair - Premium Ergonomic Office Chair - All Black

For those that are wondering, this is literally the Ergochair from Autonomous.ai - It's delivered in an Ergochair box and has the Autonomous.ai brand all over the instruction manual on the inside. If you do some digging on the internet, you might find some articles about how Autonomous.ai is just reselling these chairs from China and because of that, they got their Kickstarter campaign shut down for violating the terms of service. However, I'm here to tell you that none of that matters. If you want to support the original manufacturers and buy from Alibaba or something, go for it, but don't pass up this ridiculously comfortable chair. I've already bought two now and can vouch for the build quality and comfort.

The base of the chair that holds wheels broke and one of the wheels simply falls out. The chair was bought little less than 2 years ago and the manufacturer refuses to repair or replace the base and wants $72.31 for the replacement. For the cost of the chair, I would have expected this to last a lot more than 2 years. TO make matters worse, the seller claims that Amazon is "not authorized reseller" and thus warranty does not apply.

For someone who works at their desk all day, this chair cradles my behind and provides back support like no other.

First off the people who gave this a 1 star dont actually know what a 1 star chair looks and feel like. Do me a favor go down to your local dollar store and pick up the cheapest office chair you can find in that store then come back and say it's a 1 star chair. With that being said having fair expectations about an ERGONOMIC chair, it's pretty decent. Being a 300 lbs 5 foot 10 male who sits at my desk 12-14 hours a day, normal chairs kill my back and butt and long term used the chairs self destruct under my weight. For this to have a 350 lbs weight limit while also being amazing for posture, this chair ticks all the boxes for me. My wife agrees it the most comfortable piece of furniture in our apartment IF you spend the time to configure it to your body. This isnt a cheap gimmicky gaming chair, adjust your expectations. Use the chair for what it's meant to be not what you want to be.

This is the Autonomous ErgoChair 2 A70 with good construction and most of the ergonomic features. Great seating comfort, adjustable arm rests, adjustable forward or backward seat, seat tilt, mesh back and awesome looking. The downsides are height adjustment for the seat is not sufficient, head rest has three settings but does not lock in a comfortable position, lumbar support is not that adjustable, arm rests move around while in use, too noisy while reclining. I was very excited about this new chair, but unfortunately was having constant neck-shoulder pain while sitting on this chair even after following guidelines for desktop and chair setup. The chairs back is not height adjustable, and is causing most of the misalignment of lumbar, upper shoulder, etc. YMMV. Since this was shipped and sold by amazon, I returned the chair and got a full refund...Free shipping both ways.

Great chair for all ages and very much comfortable to seat all day while WFH

I have had a $200 gaming chair for five years now and is in terrible condition but yet it is somehow more comfortable than this chair. First cushion is terrible for me and so is the back and the headrest. The lumbar cannot be customized that much. I thought a $500 dollar ergonomic chair would be better than a 5 year old $200 gaming chair.
