Great for Summer Heat
I bought one of these in 2009 for my mother in law who was ill. She loved it. I had one too that is no longer usable. I liked what it did in cooling me down, especially when driving, But anywhere I sit that I need to feel cooler. Would work lying on it too.

Not what I'd hoped for
The product heated via body temp unrealistically rapidly; from chilled, same story. If I did something wrong, additional instructions are needed.

Cool not cold
Wish it was bigger, gets lumpy at 71 degrees andis Luke warm goo at 90. Around 88 degrees it’s perfect
