Cant beat it for the price.
I am almost ashamed to admit how many lights and how much $$ I have spent on them, esp these small, yet powerful lights. The EagleTac D25C is the clicky I have been waiting for. There are lots of tiny twisties out there, but I hate twisties! I hate em'.It's not always possible to twist on a light unless I use both hands. This light is just the perfect size, 3'' long, and about 3/4'' wide. It has a pocket clip on it that is screwed on, so it can beremoved. And it comes with a nice lanyard.I like the idea that the first click puts it directly into the highest brightness mode, but I can turn the front piece to make it dim, likewhen I wake up in the middle of the night and don't want to blind myself with 400 lumens! It uses a single RCR123A battery, and I have been told it will accept slightly larger 16340 batt's but haven't tried that yet.The RCR123A's are 3V, where the 16340's are 3.7. So I am wondering if I can get even more brightness from them. This light is rated at 453 lumens in 'turbo' mode, and it does look like that is an accurate number after compairing with someof my other lights. The version I have has the CREE XM-L2-U2 LED, which seems to be very popular right now.The build quality is pretty good, I have seen better, but at a much higher price. The body tube metal is rather thin, but the contacts and clicky mechanism are high quality. When you buy this light, you get a lanyard, and a spare 'O' ring in a little cardboard box.The beam is wide, it's more floody than spotty, but it has no problems illuminating a large areaat night. For now, this will be my EDC, since I seem to reach for it all the time.Fit's very nice even in my shirt pocket and only weigh's 46gr. (with a RCR123A batt).I very highly recommend this light if you need something small, easy to use, and inexpensive. And, as always, Amazon was excellent with their service.

A really fantastic flashlight!
The Eagtec D25C is definitely a fantastic flashlight! The size is perfect for edc, very bright, and the UI is actually pretty simple to operate. This light will compliment my old faithful Nitecore EX10 that I still use. The led tint is a cool white in this particular model, probably a 6000k. The Eagtec is definitely a major step up in technology from my Nitecore, but I’m still a fan of the EX10, because it has served me well for many years. It’s just one of those flashlights that I wish hadn’t been discontinued. Anyway….way to go Eagtec! You definitely have delivered with a fantastic flashlight, that is the same size, and form factor, as my old Nitecore EX10. Thank you!***Special Note*** - The battery that comes with this flashlight is a CR123A battery. It IS NOT a rechargeable battery. If it was, it would read 16340 on it. Again…this IS NOT a 16340 battery that comes with this flashlight. Please DO NOT try to charge it on a Lithium Ion battery charger.

Perfect for EDC!
I love this thing. First, it's tiny and lightweight. Enough said.Second, the functionality of this flashlight is just so well thought out. It has three brightness levels. In order to set the light to click on to the lowest level all you have to do is slightly turn the head of the flashlight counter-clockwise from the locked position. This is easy to do and it has never once slipped from this position despite all the movement of being in my pocket all the time. Once you click on, you use a light touch to cycle through the modes. First touch gets you to medium output and the next touch to full out out. After that the functions cycle with each light touch from strobe to SOS, etc... If I want to go to high intensity, I just click, tap, tap. Works flawlessly.Third, battery life. I was concerned that I would be burning through batteries with this, but I am still on my first one after a couple of months of daily carry (used as needed). It came with two batteries. I read that it will go for almost an hour on full power.Other things: The clip is actually black not silver like the photo example. Not a big deal, but that's what I got. The clip is strong and carries relatively deep. I use the clip when wearing jeans and just drop the light into my pocket for shorts.Overall, I love this product and not sure I would change anything about it other than wish for a rechargeable model, but that could potentially affect the size.

All you will need for security in the darkest night
As the headline states; All you will ever need for personal security in the darkest night, whether in your home or out on the street.I cannot say enough good about this little flashlight, and I have the older model! This one is upgraded and I'm going to purchase it as a backup. I have to say that I'm "into flashlights" except I can't begin to even look at those new 'specialized' models that sell in the hundreds of $$$$. Sometimes I believe people have more dollars than sense (cents)!I must tell you that this little guy will definitely surprise you when you first light it up. It outshines many of the others that were more costly by infinite degrees. This is a light that is so easy to become accustomed to using that you'll want to carry it with you even in daylight hours just to have that feeling of security. I have an EDC Knive and this little guy as my EDC Flashlight. One flick of the button and it's on, another short flick and it shoots out the brightest disorienting, & pulsating light I've ever seen from such a small (3" long - 5/8 diameter) light!Durable: Now I must admit that oftentimes I'm careless with items that I handle regularly and this was no exception. It's been through our automatic washer at least a half dozen times (in my pants pocket), and at least one washer/dryer cycle and worked just as when it came from the manufacturer. Must be some durable O-ring in there! All in all, you cannot go wrong on price, functionality, or durability with this rather inexpensive flashlight.Thank you for reading my review.

Great little light but do yourself a favor and remove ...
Great little light but do yourself a favor and remove the pocket clip. I received this light this morning to replace a Fenix I have been carrying for the last yer or so. After unpackaging I felt like the pocket clip was suspect so I decided to remove it and add some loctite. The Hex screws are easy to remove but good luck getting them back on (I was using the proper Hex head to remove). When trying to re-install the screws just keep turning and wont place in the threads, after some research I found this was pretty common. No big deal, I'm not big on pocket clip EDC flashlights to begin with so I put a little knife lanyard on it and it sits perfectly in my watch pocket. So I would say go ahead and get this light if you want a great EDC flashlignt, but if you absolutely need to rely on a pocket clip... skip it and look for other offerings.
