Songs of Beauty And The Beast Accompaniment Set

I'm not a great fan of some accompaniment tracks because the music can sound very cheesy and digital. This is actually pretty decent, although there are times where the music is blatantly digital. However, I don't think you (or listeners) will really notice if you record yourself singing over it, or if you are singing with it. It comes with accompaniment vocals, which is helpful as it can be somewhat different from the music on the Broadway Cast Recording. In other words, if you learned the music from listening to the Broadway version, you'd have trouble with some of these without the vocals to help you. It does not come with printed lyrics which could be rather annoying. However, I would say it's a good purchase if you need Beauty and the Beast accompaniment music.

I am very happy with this product! I really like hearing the actors' different interpretations of the characters. The reason I bought this, though, was for the accompaniment tracks. I just love singing along with songs like "Home" and "A Change in Me"! My vocal coach likes that she doesn't have to play the songs herself, now, and can focus on critiquing my voice and performance. Beauty and the Beast is my favorite fairy tale! These are the songs I've sung since childhood. If that's you, too, or if you need the fully orchestrated accompaniment music for voice lessons or a performance, then get this 2-disc set and learn to sing those wonderful songs as old as rhyme.

WOW!!! I love this album! It's perfect for karaoke night! The actors are pretty good and even though it doesn't come with any lyrics, fortunately it's pretty easy to learn the songs just by listening to the tracks with vocals! The instrumentals, like in The Little Mermaid Accompaniment (another great Stage Stars album), feel like it was recorded in an auditorium instead of a studio, so if you like that "performing on the stage feel," 2 thumbs up! This album has been largely entertaining me and my friends ever since I bought it! 5-stars for perfection! (Yes I know all of my sentences ended in an exclamation mark, but I'm doing all I can here to also not write in all caps.)

I loved it and I am a big musical geek. I was able to make my own video for my family as a Christmas gift, using the non vocal tracks, while lipsycning to the tracks with vocals. Good quality, good entertainment. When buying a track of this nature, keep in mind it will sound a little different from the Disney movie as it's not the same vocalist, doesn't make it bad, just different.

This was used for my daughter to audition for a school musical and it worked just fine.

If you're in a bind and need great accmp for your production this one is it! Has almost EVERY song from the Bdwy show. Use it as an aid or as actual performance!

I am using this sound track for my school play. It is just wonderful! It meets our expectations and I can't believe it included the instrumental version as well. I know it wll enhance our presentation immensely!

This collection is worth every penny. It contains all of the major songs from the musical, both with and without vocal tracks.
