Doesn't have a liner
This is a wrap skirt with no liner. The white is a bit see through. Great for a beach cover-up. Or could be worn as skirt if you get enough "overlap" in the front (may need a larger size). Also would need to wear sheer/no show panties with the white skirt to prevent your undies from being seen!
