I have many of these bags on hand -- they make gift wrapping a breeze. Those which are used for family gifts have been used again and again and again without looking the least bit worn (although I'm kind of dubious about the manufacturer's claim that these bags can be washed -- they seem to have some sort of sizing that makes them crisp, and I suspect I suspect it would wash away, leaving the bags a bit limp)I'm taking one star off, though, because the red is simply not red. Maybe you wouldn't notice it so much in March, but put it up against all the Christmas reds (or the 4th of July reds, for that matter) and it looks a little off. It has a slightly orange cast that makes it clash with traditional reds. C'mon Simply Green -- how about a real crimson?!?The green works ok for Christmas -- although I would like it if they also had a true crayon box green. The purple is terrific: rich and deep colored.You can decorate the bags with craft glue and felt, or fabric paint, or Shapies. I have a bad feeling about what might happen if I tried to attach things with a hot glue gun -- I could be wrong, but I'd hate to lose one if I'm right. If you're brave let me know how it works!Update: Hot glue does indeed damage the bag. :( Was worth a try.

I did not buy these for a party tote. I think if I did, then I might have been totally pleased. The fact is, I didn't buy it for any of the purposes for which it is advertised. We needed to replace the paper party bags we had in our classrooms with something sturdier that doesn't rip. These bags are used to hold white board supplies like an eraser, markers, and cleaner and a few paper towels. They do the job, but the "free" reusable lunch bags I got at Target for an education thing a few years ago (free promotional event) are actually sturdier and nicer than these. I may end up mending them to reinforce the seams at some point. So just know if you buy these they may not be reusable for a very long term.

Great bag! They were perfect as our wedding hotel welcome bags. It was large enough to fit a few drinks, snacks and toiletries. They also come in a variety of colors to match your wedding colors/theme. I chose the deep purple and they were very pretty. I added a champagne ribbon to the top with a welcome sign. They turned out beautiful. I placed another order for my sisters wedding and she had the navy. They also come in packs of 25 which made ordering easy. Beyond happy with this product and would recommend using for any occasion.

I purchased these bags with the plan to use transfer paper on them to iron on a picture for my sons Minecraft party. However, that did not go well at all. These bags can not be used with fabric transfers as stated in the description. The iron temperature needed to use use with transfer paper is too hot and the bags melt. They are nice for party bags or gift bags. You can be creative and sew something onto them or use hot glue to decorate/bedazzle them. My backup plan was to laminate the Minecraft photo/logo and then sew it onto the bag and that would have worked great, but I did end up finding other bags that worked with the transfer paper. These bags are reusable which is an added bonus. They are a little bit bigger than the size of a paper lunch bag and come in many different colors. I would have given more stars if the transfer paper worked.

Used this as the favor bag for a bachelorette party that I planned instead of a paper bag so we could use it again as a lunch bag at work. It fit the hangover kit I made, a painted champagne glass, mini fiji water bottle, nips, and bachelorette scratch off cards perfectly. Added a touch of black tissue paper to make it pop and got lots of compliments on how great it looked. The quality of the bag itself is strong, does not feel cheap, though it is a lighter type of material - like you can tell it has been recycled without it looking cheap. Durable, and stayed open when you opened it up, and folded down fine.

I bought these in purple last year and blue this year as treat bags for my daughter's birthday. I love how we have found uses for the left over ones we have, like easy lunchboxes or toy organization for trips. I would suggest ordering extra though. Each year I order 24 total bags, and both times I had at least one bag with a hole when I opened it

These aren't great bags but they worked well as party bags. They would work fine as reusable lunch bags as well. They look kind of cheap and feel very flimsy and are on the smaller side, but the price is good for the quality.

I bought these to make goodie bags for a virtual 5k I organize each year. I put their race shirts, bib, kind bar, water bottle, and some little trinkets in it. I had pins made to put on the outside. Worked very well. I use one of my leftover bags for my lunch (goes straight into work fridge). Would buy again if needed.
