Size Name:9 Molding is manufactured with a dense architectural polyurethane compound (not Styrofoam) that allows it to be semi-flexible and 100% waterproof. This molding is delivered pre-primed for paint. It is installed with architectural adhesive and/or finish nails. It can also be finished with caulk, spackle and your choice of paint, just like wood or MDF. A major advantage of polyurethane is that it will not expand, constrict or warp over time with changes in temperature or humidity. Not whjat I expected
I had thought this item would be more like pvc type trim board, given it was for the bathroom. It was not. It was more like a flexible sponge board type material. Very surprised. My contractor put it all in place as a baseboard, and it looks fine, except for where there are cuts. It shows a yellow/brown unfinished look, and paint seems to cover it fine. It looks nice, and this type of look is not available thru your local home improvement box store. Also we added a 1/4 round pvc trim to the base. Just be prepared of what to expect. We will see how long this will hold up in the bathroom.

Very flexible and works great.
The trim molding is pretty much what I expected, but not quite what I had hoped for. It matched the wood molding I have of the same profile exactly, and is very flexible. So if you have less then straight walls like most people have, it will conform. The only thing I disliked about it, thus the 4 star not 5, was that it is not solid pvc. It has a nice pvc layer on the front and bottom, but the back and core is more of a high density pvc foam. This is fine for most applications but I had hoped for solid. On the other hand, it is very easy to cut and trim.

Easy to put up baseboard, good quality
Good quality baseboard. Haven't installed it yet, but looks to be very easy to cut and put up.
