I bought this as an alternative to going to a salon. I used it once so far and i really like the convenience of being able to do it at home. The most shocking part may be that it really was not that painful at all. I've always read that the hard wax without the strips is less painful and now i can truly say it is. The problems i had were mostly with the instructions, it says to turn the dial to 100 degrees, i felt it on for about 25 minutes and the wax beads barely melted. I turned the temperature to about 190 degrees and it finally melted. One pack of the beads did *almost two full arms* i honestly ran out of wax and my arms are not that wide but i may have also been layering too much. Overall i would recommend, it is hard to clean as well, but its wax so its expected!

I bought it to warm up my honey based wax. Worked pretty well, really liked it. Used it at 195 and wax had perfect temperature. Didnt use it the paraffin wax that came with it, and don't plan to use it. I wish there was a cheaper option without wax. But anyhow I like it, surely made my life easier. Used it once so far.

Honesty a pretty god wax kit. Comes with enough wax and the wax works. Doesn’t hurt too bad but the wax does get stringy. The pot itself is a bit frustrating as it doesn’t keep the wax consistently heated so it cools down and become a bit more of an issue to deal with. Also the directions say to set it to 100 when you first melt the wax but the first number after the “on” label is 160. I just kind of had to wing it at that point. Did it’s job tho... will update if I get any skin irritations from the wax.

Wax melting instructions weren't very helpful, but after trying it few times, I got the hang of it on my own. Wish it came with a smaller container I could melt in for smaller amounts/locations

So far so good. Wax works great. The only thing that is confusing is the temperature setting reading one number, but actually setting on the warmer is different. Came with a ton of wax and plenty of sticks.

Easy to use and works great! Surpassingly it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as others I have used for some reason. Only thing I haven’t figured out is how to clean it... I just keep adding more wax to it when needed...

Horrible quality. First use couldn’t get to turn on unless temp turned all the way up and would continuously turn off every minute or so. Don’t waste your money on a product you can’t even use.
