Proper kimchi, nothing added nothing taken away. Delicious

Never written a review on here before, but I think it's quite a small business selling this, so I just wanted to make sure people do actually buy this if they're trying to choose between brands - I'm so glad I chose this one. It's got a good amount of heat - still spicy, but if you've got a normal heat tolerance you'd still be able to eat it out of the jar (I really like kimchi). Very flavourful, nice and sour and tangy, and all natural ingredients. It's also vegan which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend. Packaged securely too. Feeling revived via kimchi. Also I realise this probably sounds sponsored but it's really not! Edit - this is now a regular purchase/fridge staple for me. Thank you so much!

I have had this now on subscription 8 times now in total. Tastes great and always happy when the next months jar arrives. My only gripe having spent a lot of time over in South Korea eating this, is I am used to eating stronger variants with more kick. That said, it still smells and tastes great and is really good. I have made Kimchi pancakes and many other things with this and cant really fault it. Enjoy with with Soju!

hi sorry bout the late review but when i received this item it was smash I have bought this before from this seller and it was very tasty but it seems abit of a habit that at least 1 jar is always smashed on delivery

This Kimchi is a role model of what fermented foods should taste like! There was a pressured release of gas and a gorgeous spiced and garlic smell upon opening, which tells me the cabbage has been well fermented into kimchi. The savoury and lightly heated flavour goes well on it's own, on cheese and biscuits or into a freshly made salad. Another jar was kindly sent by a member of the team as my first order was lost in the post! Great service from this business. Will be purchasing again! :)

I am sorry to disappoint, but having had the opportunity to eat Korean food during an extensive period of life in Sakhalin, I cannot rate this dish as Kimchi. It is excessively sour (feels as if lemon juice was added), there is no fragrance of fish source , no specific kimchi flavour... It is OK, but not special.

This sauerkraut tastes very good and works well with anything I tried it with. It adds lovely garlicky sourness and a bit of heat. The jars were well sealed and had no leaks. ...And as it's unpasteurised it's full of good bacteria, so tastes agood and does good.

If you are a KIMCHI lover then you will like this , its addictive , I just have a couple of tea spoons a day , for a nice flavour hit . This KIMCHI has a nice mild to hot kick , I love it , but a little expensive for a small jar , other than that its really nice.
