A/ Yes. However, we have no control over the shipping material that might use to send you our straw sets. Q/ Are your straws BPA free? A/ Yes. BPA (Bisphenol A) is used in the manufacture of plastics. As our straws are made from stainless steel they are BPA free by default. Q/ Are your straws FDA approved? A/ The FDA (Food & Drug Administration) is a US regulatory body which has no jurisdiction or authority over products sold in the UK/EU. Normally, UK/EU regulations are much more stringent than FDA equivalents. Our straws have been tested by a certified 3rd party laboratory in the UK using UK/EU legislation. Test results confirm that there are no dangerous release of metals in our straws. Q/ Do you sell coloured stainless steel straws? A/ The additional chemical process of coating stainless steel straws with colours has an unnecessary and negative impact on the environment. Coloured straws will eventually lose their colour coating which may result in a less attractive straw. It's for these reasons we do not provide coloured straws. Q/ Can your straws be used with hot drinks? A/ Yes, WITH CAUTION. Stainless steel conducts heat and care should be used when using stainless steel straws with hot drinks to prevent burning and/or scalding.

Excellent product and packaging
Brilliant eco-straws which feel very well made. And good to see no plastic packaging in the attractive box. Will likely buy more in the future as they make great looking presents.The straws are just the right size and shape for different sized glasses. The brushes are longer than the straws which reassures they are cleaned thoroughly. The storage bag is of very good quality and will likely last a long time.Very pleased with my purchase and happy to do my bit for the environment.

Food safe and eco friendly!
I ordered these straws because they are eco friendly and also because they had been food safe tested which is important to me. I was not disappointed, the packaging was great and the straws were packed neatly inside. The bag is great to carry the straws around, perfect for my handbag and I found it handy to have the cleaning brushes to use each time I’ve used the straws. I wasn’t sure what they would be like with regards to the sharpness in my mouth but the ends are very smooth and not sharp at all. I’d like to say I would buy them again but I won’t need to as I’m planning on having them for a while. I have recommended them to all my family!

Spot on! Environmentally friendly and not a shred of plastic packaging. After using there was no taste of metal and they don't keep trying to bob up and escape your drink like plastic ones do. Recommended!!

Great purchase
