A great low carb alternative
These are a great low-carb alternative to noodles. I use them in stir-fry’s.I rinse them and then heat them in a frying pan until they start to pop. This dries them off and then when you toss them in the stir fry, they better absorb the flavours. Else, they are quite tasteless and just add bulk to the meal.

Great product. Exactly what I was expecting.
These are clear flavorless noodles that are similar to rice noodles -- except virtually no calories or carbs! I was expecting skinny "ramen shaped" noodles (bag says WOk Style) and these are fettucini shaped so I was pleasantly surprised. No weird smell. I rinsed them, then "dried them out" a bit in a non-stick pan without any oil. No, they are not your Italian Grandma's pasta ---- but they hit the spot when you haven't had any pasta for a while with your new KETO lifestyle. They give the keto menu an exciting new dimension! Yay! Fun to eat cold or hot. They are what YOU MAKE of them. ALSO by eating these noodles you are doing your BIOME a big favor, as they contain the PREBIOTIC glucomannan.

Flavourless but good alternative
At first, when I tried it, I really liked it as I made ramen with it and it was amazing. Then I made stir-fry and it was still amazing but when you try stuff like Cheese pasta it will make you sick. If you use these, do not think of them as a pasta sub, think of them as a noodle sub as they are more palatable that way

Short expiry day
I only have 2 weeks until the noodles expired to eat them all. Since I am not eating noodles every day I guess I had to bin them when they pass the expiry date.Otherwise not bad noodles. I used them for stir fry and was quite tasty.

Great low calorie alternative to pasta.
I know these sort of noodles get a bad rep for having no taste. But I love them and think it’s all in the preparation. See photos for a few suggestions. The noodles themselves are flavourless (I have still given them 5 stars for flavour as they are not supposed to be eaten on their own). Your sauce and meat etc is what will flavour them. They go beautifully with chicken and soy sauce/honey or as a base for a pad Thai. I’ve also had them with tomato and tuna etc. They are only 24 calories for the whole packet so a great alternative. I’ve used them as part of a healthy diet to lose 4 stone over the last year. When my family have spag Bol I use these for my portion and don’t feel like I’m missing out at all. Just wish they were cheaper.

Effort to eat
Slimy and bit rubbery, in terms of diet food I’d rather many other options but there could be a way to make this taste ok.

Very good substitute
I bought these to use with some low carb Heavenly Fan recipes (she does vegan keto recipes on YouTube). I was really surprised how well they worked with her Asian noodle dishes. These noodles got really well coated in the sauce and, honestly, I didn’t miss the real stuff at all. Also these didn’t have that strange smell as others that I’ve tried which was nice.Highly recommend it if you are aiming to cut carbs/calories.
