This is a great film on how the Seabees contributed to the war effort in the Aleutians. 6:535th Film: "Pacific War Newsreels" of the Aleutian War. 1. Japan attacks Kiska 2, US Troops on Alaskan Front. 3, US Bombs Aleutians. 4, US Blast Attu. 5th, Attu re-captured. 6th, Troops on Guard. 13:116th Film; "P-38 Crash at Attu story". This a story about a hotshot P-38 Lightning pilot flying in the Aleutians at 300 MPH and misjudged how close he was to the ground. I have several DVD sets from these folks and they are all well done in terms of transferring old film media to modern DVD media. They are well described and packaged with interesting graphics and information. All in all these are well worth the price, especially if you are into researching the subjects for a historical perspective.
