Can I use this with any drill?

Any regular drill can hold these bits. I wouldn't put them into any really high torque drill and obviously not into a hammer drill though.

What torx sizes does this include? I mainly need a t25

No. I have read misleading reviews saying it has torx, but does not.If you need a good ratcheting Hex Set, get this and you have room to buy/add the T-25, or other, bits you use most often, security or nonsecurity. It has six extra holder spaces in the box. Hope this helps!
