The media could not be loaded.  I must be honest.When I first heard of this battery pack case for the price I did, I was skeptical.Most battery cases are more, and some times much more.But I was pleasantly surprised!This case TOTALLY AWESOME!Lets start with the packaging itself:It was very minimal and was easy to open. It contained things like a registration card, how to insert the phone, warranty information and the like.The case itself was extremely easy to put on. Basically, you pull back the top, and gently slide you r phone in and mate it up with the USBC connector at the bottom. NO, this is NOT wireless, but that's okay, because that allows the battery to charge the phone at FULL SPEED!If you flip it over, you'll notice a power button and battery strength meter. I like both. The power button allows you to charge it when you want to charge your phone. And the battery indicator shows you how soon you need to charge it again.The case itself adds some definite weight to the phone, but it also gives it a solid feel. It is well balanced and feels good in the hand.There is also a nice bumper around the front of the phone that helps prevent the glass from shattering if you drop it face down.All buttons and ports are fully accessible, and the touch feels solid.This is one totally awesome battery case and comes with my highest recommendation!Try it and you too will absolutely LOVE it!

The case feels premium and durable. It offers some protection, but it's main purpose is to provide more battery life. It's very easy to slide the phone in and out, and unlike other battery cases I've tried, it doesn't feel like you're going to damage the device by frequently taking it in and out. The case can be charged simultaneously with the phone, so if you have USB-C charger, just plug it in with the case on and it's good to go. The case does not support wireless charging, and if you want to use Android Auto, you'll need to remove it before connecting via USB to your car. Overall, you cannot beat the value here. You get a full extra battery out of this, my phone will easily last 2-3 days without having to worry about plugging in. Great for traveling or for work.

I had this for awhile (about 2 months) and and it does its job well, I pretty much am never running out of juice between having this for outside, and a quick charger cord at home/wireless charging pad by my bed. That's great!However there's somethings that are sacrificed. For one, I originally brought this case thinking "no quick charging in the case? Well okay, it does extend the battery so I should never run out of battery" but since the charging cable charges the phone FIRST and THEN the case, it's actually a lot more annoying than it sounds to see after an hour, the phone is only 20 percent charged in while connected to a charger within the case.You may be thinking "then just take it out of the case, have the phone case charge on the wire, and the phone on the wireless pad". Yes, that's true. And so I started doing that. Problem is every time I take my phone out of this case, the screen protector on the phone lifts with it. The more the screen protector lifts, the more degraded it gets. It finally fell off today so I'm getting another.Lastly, using this case does heat up the phone a decent amount. I havent run any software to check on the degrees of the phone, but it's pretty noticeable heat. Just be wary of that.Would I buy this again? It's really hard to say. It DOES do its job without a hitch. But you may need a special screen protector for your phone, and you have to be okay with either slow charging or taking your phone out of the case to quick charge it.

I have owned this for about 3 weeks now and it worked great for the first 2 weeks. This last week it hasn't held a charge pretty much at all. At most, it charges my phone for about 20 minutes tops and then it dies again. I've tried charging it separately from the phone and made sure it has a full battery and it still drains extremely fast. Very disappointed as I really liked it those first 2 weeks. I havent dropped it or damaged it at all.

One full charge in the case will charge the phone 1.5 times . I was recently on 1 full day trip with my samsung galaxy s10+ on full charge and on full usage (GPS, photos, videos, slo-mo videos) that consumed full batter in half a day.The battery case was really handy in such situations.The phone with the battery case on feels heavy and the case material is soft; due to which phone might slip from hand.I wish this case had a ring at the back so it can be easy to hold the phone to take pics and vids

I'm a little disappointed. I really wanted to give it more stars but I can't. It charges pretty quick but the battery life isn't all that great. It works for maybe 2 charges and only 1 if your phone is totally drained. Other than that it's durable.
