AudioVox DS7321PK 7-Inch Swivel Portable DVD Player W/Mount Kit

Got this to replace a Phillips Dual DVD system that we had for about 4 years. So far, we love it! The screens are huge and they come with real headphones and not earbuds. My six year old sat in the car and watched tv in our garage, she was so excited.The picture quality is very crisp and and the sound is just okay. The sound only goes up to 20 volume, but with headphones on, the sound is a lot better. If you have a newer vehicle that has an AUX port, just plug the AUX cable that's included with the player into the AUX port on the player and plug the other end into the port in your car and PRESTO, You have theater surround sound coming out of every speaker in the car!! The cable is long enough to run from the DVD player to the AUX port by the gear shift! My daughter feels like she's in the theater with the sound coming out of the car speakers! She loves watching movies in the car!The only downside that I can see so far is the brackets that are included to attach the player to your head rest post is not large enough. I have a 2013 Hyundai and the head rest post are fatter than previous models, so I had to replace the screws with longer ones(Home Depot for less than $2.00)The bracket comes put together, so unless your headrest is removable, you will have to unscrew the bracket and place it around the post and screw them back in. I could not figure out how to get my head rest off, so I just unscrewed the bracket. But if you can lift the headrest off, you just slip the bracket onto the headrest and slide the headrest back into its holes.The brackets that are included are really nice. They tilt and adjust to allow more viewing angles. I will miss having two separate DVD players though. This unit has one master and one dummy unit that plays whatever is playing on the master unit., not a big deal though.I did purchase the Square Trade 2 Year warranty coverage for less than $10, to protect my investment. Square Trade will repair or replace your unit if it can't be repair. They also provide free shipping each way if your unit requires repair. This set was a little pricey, so I went with additional coverage. Overall, I do recommend this set!

Absolutely love it. The picture is great. The screen size is perfect and in spite of many reviews that I have read about how the sound isn't loud enough on most portable DVD players, I find that, especially when I am using ear buds, that I am turning the sound down. But the quality of the sound is great. I love having the car charger and the wall plug so that I don't always have to use the battery. Since I am not a fan of wide screen I found that it was really great to have the option to choose full screen or wide screen to watch movies or TV programs. The only down side that I can see at this time was having to go out and purchase a carrying case so that the unit doesn't get damaged. I would definitely recommend this DVD player to anyone.

Purchased an Amazon Warehouse Deal "used" or "open box" unit. Excellent price for the Warehouse Deal unit and I have owned other Audiovox Portable DVD Players in the past. They have generally been pretty reliable. This unit worked out of the box when fully charged, so I decided to use it on a 3 1/2 hour flight to Oklahoma City the following week. Unfortunately, I could not get the player to read a disc on the flight. Tried several discs, including a brand new one and it refused to work. Hated I was stuck on a flight without a working player, so I give it 1 star. The one time it did work at my home for a short time the picture seemed good. Speakers are not all that great but with headphones the sound was much better. Maybe try a new unit and it will work better. The Warehouse Deal unit looked a little beat up on the top when I received it. I will say I purchase quite a few Amazon Warehouse Deal items and have good service and luck with them. This DVD player however was a disappointment.

ordered the DUAL screen and was sent a single screen - it was needed for vacation so I wasn't able to return it. The DVD player works well.

not like my old sony (730 and 750)....quality of this kind of product has cheapened and declined....took my Sony's to TV shop to be repaired....they are a much superior product and well worth the cost of fixing

I am thrilled to have a portable DVD player with the same bells & whistles my regular DVD has: Choose pan & scan, letterbox or full screen; zoom in & choose what part of the screen to zoom in on; instantly add subtitles, no need to interrupt movie to turn it on/off; gorgeous picture; sound loud enough to hear clearly (I hate getting old). This is so much better than the one I bought 4 years ago & it was cheaper! I highly recommend this player.

So far my kids love it. it came with 2 ear sets so they both can use at the same time in the same movie they watch. The quality of picture is very nice. Great for travel with kids, they can play at home in the car on the boat at the beach under their bunk bed ... any where. The battery whole for a long time they can play 2 movies wiout charging it. First of all for this price is The BEST comparing to sony I had had die after 2 years. Thanks AMAZON.
