Poor customer service experience tonight. Problem not solved. Sasha the representative closed chat when his/her shift ended. I purchased a new sim card from twigby a few wees ago. Iphone se broke. Bought new iphone se. Sasha cannot get sim card to work. On your website, it says sim card is not compatible with twigby, but it is a twigby SIM card. Rep told me sim card was not compatible, then told me the message was not meant for me and to disregard. waited with no response for 10 mins until rep came back and told me call center was closing and i needed to buy a new card, so it appears he waited until shift ended and bailed on me. I am completely dissatisfied. I think I need to cancel our service for both of our phones.

Great product! Great customer service. I have everything that’s advertised and love that I can customize my plan. I’m now paying half the phone bill I used to have.Works great on my iPhone 7, purchased another card for my redundant iPhone 6 as an emergency backup, but apparently the iPhone 6 isn’t compatible! Sad.

I’m so glad I found Twigby! I purchased a new iPhone, and my carrier didn’t have any SIM cards that would work with it in stock. I came to search for the SIM here, and discovered Twigby. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. This service is better, cheaper, and offers more options than my previous carrier! Thanks Twigby!!!!

I bought this SIM card for an iPhone 6. Started the twigby phone plan for my sons first plan. I was a little hesitant about choosing sprint because we have always had att. Now I can’t wait until my contract ends with att so I can switch all of us to twigby. Can’t beat the price.

Good news is that Twigby support was very good, mailed it out at an acceptable pace. Still, how does a SIM card fail so quickly???

As a caution, the three Twigby starter kits that arrived were an older version and no longer functional. After spending about 30 minutes with the Twigby Tech Support, we realized that the SIMS sent by Amazon were associated with Sprint and no longer valid. Twigby is currently working with Verizon as a carrier.

I ordered the SIM card which arrived promptly, after installation the activation with Twigby was easy. I completed it through their web site. I did have to contact customer service afterwards to request the $10 service credit, they replied within a day and applied the credit to my account.

Arrived in one day. Very easy to set up. It worked with a 6s unlocked through US cellular. I checked the number through Twigby first. Impressed at the ease and the low cost option this provides for a child’s first phone.
