I’ve had these Solaray B-Complex chewables on repeat order for a while now because they genuinely help. I notice a difference in my energy levels, mood, and focus, especially on busy or stressful days. Each tablet includes Vitamin C along with the full B-complex, which is a nice bonus for immune support. The quality feels consistent every time I reorder, no weird crumbling or off batches, which I’ve had happen with other brands. The smell is mild and not off-putting, which I appreciate because some chewable vitamins can be a little too “vitamin-y.” The color is a soft pink (not artificially neon), and the flavor is actually good, a light, natural strawberry that doesn’t taste chalky or overly sweet. I’ve had no issues with stomach upset, even when I take it without food. It’s easy to make part of my daily routine and honestly one of the few vitamins I actually look forward to taking. Highly recommend if you want something convenient, effective, and pleasant to take.

A friend introduced me to this product when I told her I get very bad headaches when I take B-complex pills. I've been using this for a few years, and I do notice an increase in energy when I take them. I love the flavor. They remind me of the sweet-tart candies.

They kind of chalky with strawberry flavor. But they aren't to bad.

I read the reviews and was excited about getting these. People were saying they taste similar to sweet tarts. They certainly do not. They are disgusting. Not sour just nasty🤢. I would say they taste like a mix of suffer and vitamins. In the trash they go. Waste of money. I'd rather kiss a goats🐐 behind than to put another one of these in my mouth. That's just my personal opinion

Trying to find a good B-complex for my youngest child with special dietary needs. She was not keen on these. The flavor isn't bad but they are huge. We're talking larger than a quarter and at least twice as thick. I ate them myself and haven't felt any different so who knows. At least I had more expensive pee for a bit.

UPDATE October 21, 2018 This product has been reformulated. The taste and ingredients have changed. It used to be called, strawberry kiwi flavor. When I ordered this, I received a bottle called, Natural strawberry flavor. It used to taste okay. Now it tastes like pure chalk with no flavor -- kind of yucky. Hydrogenated soybean oil and monoglycerides and diglycerides have been added. They are unhealthy ingredients. Instead of saying, citric acid, it now says, citric acid from non-GMO tapioca. The vitamin amounts are the same. This contains xylitol, and xylitol is poisonous to dogs and cats, so keep this product away from your pets. My original review is below. I have been taking this for a few years. It gives me energy all day, so it seems to work. Compared to other chewable B-complex supplements, this one contains more B vitamins. But these tablets are huge. I take this with juice or coffee, and I chew off a little bit of the tablet at a time. The taste is not exactly delicious, but it's edible. There is no unpleasant aftertaste. I just ordered another bottle of this!

I bought these to eat at night to hopefully eliminate my calf and leg muscle spasms. The photo of the bottle Amazon shows is no sugar and Strawberry-Kiwi flavored. The bottle I received has sugar and the flavor is Strawberry. I like the flavor of just Strawberry but I would have liked to have no sugar in it.
