I've taken many B complexes before and thought I'd try this out. I'm going to finish the bottle off, which is a great price, but will have to supplement a few "B's" that are lacking in this particular brand. I was careless in reading ingredients before I purchased this item. This B complex may well be helpful for those wanting a mild B pick me up, however, my Dr. told me how much extra of various "B"s I needed, as I am very deficient.
