GEM178 Indoor Tabletop Meditating Buddha Water Fountain with LED Lights and Lotus Flower, 19", Beige

I received this item today, it came broken. I am hoping the company can send me a replacement base for this, the rest seems fine and looks nice. I was very excited to receive this item but it seems unusable as is. Updating to add that I contacted the company, through their contact info on the product directions, and they resolved my issue and sent a new one that is not broken. Works good and haven't had any issues since!

I love my Buddha he really set the tone for my living room the water is very relaxed he was a great deal he has a light and a fountain this is a great company to buy from my first one arrived broken and I contacted the company and I had a new one the very next day before I had even returned the old one that was broken They trusted me and you don't find that often I will deal with this company again

Where to start. The item is lightweight and looks nice. The item arrived in the original retail box. No additional packing so the fact that it's damaged is not surprising. The Item arrived damaged with pieces cracked around the rim where the Buddha sits. I can fix this but shouldn't have to for an item this expensive. That in itself is pretty bad but it gets worse. The actual pump/motor came with housing not intact and live wires exposed and clearly not properly insulated to be in water. Very VERY DANGEROUS. BE WARNED. See enclosed picture. this is how the item arrived. So now my choices are to pack this back up, drag it down to UPS to return it and have another shipped. Very disappointed. For this price I shouldn't be this inconvenienced and this item should have been in better condition. So if I want to keep it I'll have to purchase my own pump. glue the broken pieces.

I would be Ok with this fountain although absolutely not made with quality material of the water trickling down would make noise.. I really kiss my fountain I bought in 2015 with because better material. This is modern, cosmetic, and cheaply constructed as all things are these days almost!

Product was significantly smaller than anticipated.Based on measurements, also, unfortunately, it did not work.And with my busyness of two jobs, I completely forgot about sending it back.

This fountain is a good choice if you like the step type fountain. I got another one that I sort of liked but it wasn't a step one like this one. In fact, I used the rocks and stuff out of the old fountain to add a bit of color to this one after I set it up. The only thing I ran into was the tube from the pump to the fountain is very short and since it fits very firmly (which it should) into the top of the pump the pump (Being light.) doesn't seem to rest on the it's feet but is sort of suspended from the tube to the fountain. This isn't a problem, but you must watch that your water level in the bottom base doesn't get to low and cause the pump intake to be above the water line. The base makes it look as if there is a lot of room at the bottom of the fountain, but the pump being held off it's feet by the fountain intake tube can cause you to have the water level get to low and affect the pump. (This happened to me once, but I filled it back up and it went back to working just fine. Overall, if you wanted a small indoor tiered step fountain for a bar of table, this one might fill your bill.

Tiny, tiny little fountain. Bottom made of thin plastic. The cheapest imaginable materials. Mine arrived with one of the base supports loose from the screws that hold it together, not sure if I can fix that or not but I can set it back in place over the screw and it is stable enough to still use . It is painted a bit differently from the photo, darker, a greenish tint for the base, like an aged copper look I assume was what they were going for, muted gold look for the bowls, with some darker paint as well I guess to "age" them. I hooked mine up with a little solar pump that doesn't work well anymore and actually that was perfect- the right amount of flow, a nice trickle. I originally tried a newer solar pump , and when it ran strongly, the water overshoots the side, which would quickly drain the reservoir and burn the pump out I imagine. I did not try the electric pump it came with so I cannot speak to that portion of the product. Worth at maximum $10-15 I'd say. I give it 2 stars because of the size and materials used and the flimsiness overall, as compared to the price they are asking. Not a good price for what is being offered, in my opinion. On the positive side- it is kind of cute when sitting on a table among potted plants. Just know what you are getting. I included some photos so you can get an idea as to size and the colors it actually is. If this was a $10 fountain new, I might give it 3 stars. I am going to keep it as I actually like the tiny size. My hens found it fascinating when I was photo-ing it. I would not let them drink out of though, as I am guessing the paint is probably toxic.

Pretty small waterfall, not terrible water flow. I like it, fits on a dresser well. Had lasted over a year, no issues. Pretty quiet unless it runs out of water

Works as advertised . Too pricey for what it is it doesn't even have an on off switch..Quiet running. nice but overpriced.....

I love it! It arrived a day earlier than expected and with Prime, I received it less than 24 hours after I ordered it! This Buddha fountain looks much nicer than the photos show on Amazon. I added a photo and a video so prospective buyers can hear the sound of the trickling water...it is perfect! Not too loud and not too quiet. I can’t hear the pump motor at all. I am currently sitting about 10 feet away from it and the water is a nice soothing trickling. The only negative is that the baggie of rocks that came with it is tiny...it had 7 or 8 rocks in it, not polished, just (meh) rocks. So I replaced them with some really nice polished stones I had. But, I won’t deduct a star for that, because it is just so pretty. Also, for those wondering, the fountain base is flat (13” diameter) and it fit perfectly on top my pedestal (10”x10”) and the light is LED, not halogen. There are some conflicts about the light in the description. Anyway, it looks just lovely. Worth what I paid for it. Did I mention that I love it?

The fountain is lovely but quality-wise it could be much better. I added some crystals in coffee and clear colours because I prefer them to the stones, when I keep it indoors. Let's hope the pump lasts for some time!
