Wooden Abacus Arithmetic Soroban Calculating Tool

Very small abacus and the quality is poor, the product got the paint smell that cannot get away, the finish is very poor.It's the first time I see a Japanese product in such bad condition.

Does what it needs to do - great at price - the finish is a bit lacklustre. May get a tideir one in the near future - good for learning on, if not a tactile pleasure.

Bought this for a present and was a little bit dissapointed by the quality of the wood. It doesn't look very well made, and there are some parts that are not sanded down so it looks a bit cheap.However, it is fully functioning and the button to reset the beads is good.

Beads far to loose, leading to making errors and making the item pretty useless
