Just fill with your choice of filling, pop in the oven and bake. No dough rolling, heaven! Bake while frozen in shells at 190°C (375°F) for 9 minutes.

Service and Tarts EXCEPTIONAL
Used these to make our annual butter tarts ..... I was expecting them to ship in a few weeks since it was posted that they were out of stock....within 24 hours I received a phone call from Bon Patissier to tell me that they were on backorder but they were due into their store tomorrow and they would ship them out to me and if they did NOT show up to them she would call me back. 24 Hours later I had 200 pastry shells. Every year I make the same butter tarts and I receive many compliments. This year is no exception and several of the compliments have been regarding the crust. Great Service and GREAT Flavor.

Better than any other crust
Perfection! The best little bundles of crust you could possibly ask for. I made blueberry tarts and sweet potato pies for Thanksgiving and my family went crazy for the pies and they loved, loved,loved the crust. I will order more in the future without a doubt.

Great pastry shell
This arrived on schedule, but only criticism is that they are in waxed-paper and not tin. However, this did not change the cooking method, and tarts came out just as good, if not better, than if in tin cups. Also, freeze well, and keep well when frozen.
