This is not a Smith Little Torch, and would be fine except that the gas and oxygen knobs are reversed. I’ve been working for years with them set up the opposite way, and it bothers me. Also, the main pic is of what I had before, so not of the product you will receive. There are other pics of it the way it came to me, so obviously used the Smith pic. Also not happy with how tight the knobs are. I have to hold with one hand and turn with the other - where with the Smith torch it was a one handed operation. I sent the first one back for a replacement hoping it was just a fluke with that particular one, but the second one has the same problems. Trying to decide if I’m sending this one back as well and go for the more expensive Smith.

Its hard to light and keep torch lite,oxygen value is loose and turn up when you light the torch causing the flame to blow out ,they need better control on the oxygen setting so when you set it it stays in place. Not really a good product.

I have used the "Little Torch" by Smith for over 40 years and the "Gentec Torch" for over 6 years. You get what you pay for. The outside LOOKS like a 'Little Torch" but they are not. One reviewer said that they used the pics of the "Little Torch" which is false advertising. As with many copied items from Asia, you MAY get a good one.......and then again, you may not...............Luck of the draw?
