Just started using this product. Down 5 pounds in 2 days and I’m not really watching what I’m eating. Added 1.5 scoops to a smoothie for breakfast. I didn’t do the 1 scoop 2x a day as recommended. It’s a little gritty but doesn’t change the taste of a smoothie. Suppressed appetite too. However definitely be near a potty! I already purchased more. The 1 pound bag is only 8 days worth of you use it as recommended. But if I keep dropping pounds like this I won’t need it long!

This product almost killed me with neck tension headache. After taking it for one week. I lost no weight and I could not carry my head . I felt like it was falling off my body. I had to remain lying down . Once I stopped taking it, the headaches went away. I waited a month to make sure . I used one day after a month and that headache came right back .
