There have been some studies that taking 2400 mg of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) in divided doses can be beneficial for RA and other arthritis pain. I've been taking 1 capsule 3 times of this omega-6 fatty acid daily, hoping for good results. So far my chronic knee pain has improved. Based on this, will plan to buy this product again.

It shows 3 bottles and there is only one. I feel this is very misleading. I couldn't find anywhere that said there was only 1 bottle.

I bought this to replace the borage oil that I used to buy from another brand. The last two batches I purchased were rancid, so I was glad to see GLA available in a pill form. However, I don’t believe this has anywhere near as much GLA as advertised. I have taken GLA for the last year to prevent hair fall, but I have noticed a significant increase in the amount of hair that falls out since switching from the oil to this pill. And yes, I am ensuring the dose is the same as what I was getting from the oil.
