Add some of this - not too much as it is sweet - to any sweet potato dish or pie.You won't 'need' marshmallows. Keeps for a LOOOOOOG time in the fridge.Try sweet potato bisque or candy as well as casarole, pie or mashed.Blend with butter to put on a baker.
