I finally found socks that:- Are low cut enough to be minimally visible with low-top skate shoes. (A lot of no-show socks still come up to cover the ankle.)- Have a robust back tab that protects the back of your heel from getting blisters from rubbing on your shoe.- Don't slide down your foot.- Don't have a stupid silicone coating on the inside.- BONUS: Well constructed and holds up well to washing/drying.The heel and toes are cushioned like athletic socks - one gripe I do have is that I wish the whole bottom of the sock was cushioned, but it's not a big deal. The top of the sock is breathable mesh (not too meshy, like it doesn't have huge holes, just enough to be a breathable summer sock). The one thing to keep in mind is that the sock has a ribbing around the arch of the foot to help keep them in place. It is a little tight, but not uncomfortable - actually feels somewhat supportive, but could be a problem for people who have problems with their feet like swelling. Otherwise great socks! I am buying them in more colors.

Wow - these socks are outstanding. I wear a size 6. I have petite feet. Socks are normally always too long and bunch up at the heel/ankle area. These socks, fit perfect. I like where the padding on the sock is located - making it a sock that is not bulky. It is 100% an ankle sock and the cushion at the ankle is exactly what I was searching for. I bought some new sneakers that rub my ankle and I haven't been able to wear them. I'm hopeful that these socks will do the trick. I feel as thought the quality of these socks will hold up well over time - however, this review is being written shortly after receiving and trying them on. I'm very impressed and will certainly be back for more!

I would just like to say I am super pleased with the quality of these socks. They are super comfortable. I only had them for 3 days when I bought another pack. I got some for my daughter as well. Hilary recommended. They are actually quite supportive as well. Fit genuine to size. Totally recommend by me (and my daughter)

I was excited to try these, especially with all the good reviews. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit for me, and the socks seem a little thin. I wear a woman's size 7.5 US shoe. These socks were a little too long, but with a little adjusting, I was able to get them to sit in the right place on my feet. After wearing them for about half a day, they were so tight they left imprints on my feet. They also already have a thread coming loose on one of them after only one wear.I am giving the other 5 unworn pair to a friend with longer and more narrow feet. Maybe they will work for her. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 thinking maybe they just aren't a good fit fir my feet.

I finally got the socks which I am curious and intrigued about because of the unique design and feature. Indeed, it’s different from all the socks I’ve worn and tried because this one gives a comfy feeling to my feet and it covers the upper portion of my ankle bone. This is what I like because I usually ended up with blisters with my other low cut socks. I highly recommend this socks and it’s worth the price. Feel free to try and discover the comfy effect that I’m talking about.

I wear a size 7 and these socks fit me perfectly. I usually like to wear low top Converse and they sometimes dig into the back of my heel. These socks are perfect for these type of shoes. There’s extra cushion in the back and it’s so comfortable! I’m wearing them now inside my boots and they are not slipping down, which is what tends to happen when you wear short socks inside of boots.

I like that these are cotton, that they can be washed and dried. They shrank just a bit in the wash, even though I wash them in cold, so I pull up on the heels a bit to make sure they do not slip down. That said, they have never slipped down on me, in tennis shoes or sandals. I like them, though. I wanted fabric that would breathe, as my feet require that, and they do.

These socks are very comfortable and give moderate support to your arch. They stay in place and hide well. I love them and will order more in the future
