This back brace was to have a removable lumbar pad included with it. However, the pad was NOT in the plastic ziplock bag. The bag did have a useless (to me) arm strap for a cell phone or whatever, though, which was also a part of the advertised package. The brace looks well made, but I emailed the company and have not received any reply. So, I will return this as being defective as delivered. It looks like it would work OK, IF all parts would have been included, but that is yet to be determined.

I have pain issues due to degenerative disc disease in my spine. I've been using this brace for a week now and all I can say is that I wish I had bought this sooner. It adjusts so easily and it's comfortable to wear. My guess would be that it will last longer than others due to the superior materials it is made off.

I took my chance and was surprised to see that this brace actually works! From the moment I put it on, I had instant relief. I have worn this back brace for a few days now and it does help a lot. My back is almost back to normal. It has several adjustments to fine-tune where it stays so no riding up too high. The best thing I like about this belt is that the mesh part makes it breathable, so even on a hot day it remains comfortable. The material seems sturdy, yet it flexes nicely if you have to bend. Overall a very good support belt. Better than I expected

This brace is great!I haven't previously experienced any back issues but recently I sprained my back and bought this one to assist with my recovery. I really love this back brace and could feel the difference immediately. It's well made and provides sturdy support. It's easy to put on and take off and fits true to size. I'm so glad I went with this one and I highly recommend it if you're experiencing lower back pain.

This back brace gives me just enough support. It is not heavy duty. It gives support without being bulky.Three months later, I find the velcro does not hold. I don't wear this every day because I have another wider support that I alternate with, so it should not have worn out so soon. It wasn't cheap, so it should have lasted longer. I will try to get the manufacturer or the seller to replace it.

I was speaking with my dad about my lower back pain and he said he bought a $200 brace and wears it for a couple of days after his back start hurting. So, after my research and reading the reviews I went with the Beqo. It is amazing! As a middle-ager who likes to play sports I am tending towards putting on weight in the mid section and that pulls on my lower back. I went for a long hike with the dog yesterday with this belt on and had zero pain when I got home. Now that the pain is gone (and I even feel more flexible) I am able to move and exercise more. Hopefully now I can lose the weight being free from pain. T

Used the belt few times, found it reduce back ache like when washing on a free-standing laundry tub with short neck faucet that I have to lean and bend forward a bit. However, my waist skin will get patches of rash in few minutes if the belt is wore over undershirt only. Now I wear the belt to work for 15 min. on top of 3 layers of clothes in addition to undershirt to prevent rashes which could be caused by chemicals on the belt, Velcro, or its elastic material which soak to my skin through sweat (air tight causes sweat when air cannot circulate through the belt/material). I wore many hiking jackets with new fabric and fire resistant shirt/jacket before, and no allergic reaction like this belt.
