These are awesome! I've been wearing minimilist shoes for 3 years-ish. I run about 10 miles a week. I've been wearing the merrel glove 3 with no socks and have really found those shoes to be perfect. My feet breathe well and they are very light. Down fall is that they are pricey. At least I dont like to spend 70+ dollars on shoes.What I look for:- breathable: feet dont sweat. IMPORTANT: I WEAR NO SOCKS.-light weight: shoe rolls up in ball-durabilty- shoe doesn't rip.-style-looks nice-comfort- no rubbingThe good:- thin which is what us minimalist want.Compared to the merrell glove 3 in this category. I'd choose this cheaper version.- breathable, it's best attribute.Compared the the merrell glove 3. I'd choose this cheaper version all day.-Stye, is nice.Compared to merrell, they are about the same.-durabilty, seems flimsy, but they are minimalist shoes. And I have not worn them long enough to give a opinion on it.Bad:-back of shoe runs my heel raw after first run.Compared to merrell glove 3. Merrel has a padding on the back to prevent this. I cut those off my merrel and superglue them to these. Works great.-id recommend supergluing some kind of buffer there. You could use any padding that feels good to you. I took a picture of what I did.-the tongue isnt connect to the shoe and gets all folded up everytime I put them on. It's annoying but an easy fix.-Reccomendation to manufacture- put padding on heal, and connect tongue to shoe. This would really make these a good competitor to the merrell gloves.-consumer, for the time being super glue seems to work for the heal, maybe the tongue as well.This is my first long review of a Amazon product. I did this because I really like the shoe and the price was tip top!!-MA

They are actually pretty comfortable!
The shoes are comfortable and pretty much as expected except the tongue gets folded or wrinkled at times making them uncomfortable if you are moving around in them a lot. One of the plastic tabs on the end of the shoe strings came off the first time I attempted to adjust the tightness as well. I don’t feel either issue is that big of a deal for the price. I bought them to workout in and they worked very well for that and were a fair price.

Soooo comfy
This is the perfect water shoe. It is so comfortable, would wear them anywhere. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because when putting them on I pulled on the little tab thing at the end of the shoe lace to tighten them and one of the laces came out of the little clip. Still would recommend them to anyone. If fact I ordered my husband a pair after receiving mine.

Fit perfectly and are very comfortable!
I am so glad I decided on these shoes for my recent island hopping trip. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable - both in and out of the water. The removable insole made it easy to rinse out the fine sand that made its way inside. I would purchase these again.
