The media could not be loaded.  I purchased two of these based on reviews, and price. Well the old adage holds true, you get what you pay for. One appeared to work fine, other would drip for about 15 seconds after I turned it off. Since I had two I knew this was a defect and just figured I would order a replacement since I liked the look and construction of faucet seemed to be quality and I already had the other installed. I installed the replacement and it had the exact same issue! So two of three were terribly defective. Then I noticed the sink was wet when in the morning I woke up. The apparently non-defective one actually had a very slow leak. Maybe one drip every 5 minutes or so.Pros- Style, price, installation, water flow is strong(con if you are environmentally conscious),long supply connection linesCons- My experience shows they lack quality. Purchased 3, all 3 defective.Water comes out way too much which you can mitigate by lowering flow to faucet if you have shut off valves. Even with a reduced supply, the water splatters all over. Maybe it's my sink and the location faucet but if you have a vessel sink I would recommend a faucet that has an aerator to minimize splashing.I would stick with a quality name brand which has replacement parts, and better quality control. That's what I did, twice the price but worth it. Fortunately I didn't have to pay a plumber. If you don't have to pay a plumber to install and want to take the risk you might get lucky, like many others evidently had. I'm just stating the experience I had for what it's worth.

We upgraded our powder room sink and added this faucet to complete our project. We are quite pleased with the outcome. We did need to decrease the amount of water going into the faucet because water splashed everywhere when we fully opened the valve. We have received many compliments. Even our two and three-year-old grandsons love it!

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE BELOWI just put in a vessel type sink in my bathroom and had chosen a more spout pour faucet. The problem was the water would splash over the front edge of the sink. When we tried to reduce the pressure of the water, it wasn't enough pressure to rinse. So, I purchased this style. The waterfall effect "fans" the water so there is less of a "hose" stream of water and while we did slightly lower the pressure, the water now stays in the sink. In addition, the faucet is quite lovely. I was worried it was a bit too modern, but it looks very nice with the brushed satin texture and the oval shape that matches my vessel sink and the beveled edge mirror above it. It's actually quite a nice look. Also the faucet itself is quite weighty - I hope this equates with quality. The previous faucet was super loud too - like a jet plane taking off... this one is quite pleasant, sounds like water, not a jet plane. Those are all the pros... there were a couple of "cons" I've noticed so far... the water doesn't stop immediately... it's sort of slowly stops pouring. I didn't see any where to adjust for this so I am hoping it won't end up a dripper or leaker. The other is that the hoses that were included with faucet were WAY too short. Fortunately the hoses from the other faucet we were replacing fit. Lucky shot. Time will tell and I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.UPDATE: 1/13/2021 I am concerned about the slow stop on turning off the faucet. There isn't anyway to adjust the stop. In all honesty, I love the look and the feel of the faucet but I am looking at other options.

Beautiful, unique faucet. My only negative is that is gets water on its surface each time it's used . . . so if you don't wipe it down after each use, the drops dry into very noticeable water spots.

I am giving this faucet (and company) a 5-star rating because it looks as beautiful and original as the photos implied, for the finish, and especially the way the water flows, it is more like a waterfall that the usual stream. To be truthful there was a problem in that it could not be shut off completely and then there was some trouble in overcoming the language barrier which left me wondering if I could write a decent review. However, once I had sent a short video of the constant dripping, they IMMEDIATELY sent me a replacement, with a sincere apology and even suggested not to bother returning the faucet. Will I buy from them again? Most definitely.

the hot/cold color code on the top to indicate which way is hot and which way is cold are already coming off when wiping to clean it. Soon you will not see any indication of which way to turn for hot or cold. should not be happening for a nice faucet.

The product itself is decent. I bought it for the design, it was unique and thought it would fit my design. The products main flaws are the water lines they provide are garbage. They leak! Luckily I had extra sets on hand to change out and took care of that issue. It wouldn't be worth asking vendor for replacement if more are the same. The next item that is disappointing is when turning off the water, it still flows for an extra 3 seconds before it shuts off. All my other faucets, when turning water off, it does a hard shut off. This one is concerning because I read reviews of others who show theirs now have a slow drip when it is set to off. The test of time will tell me if that occurs, and I hope not because again, I really like the design. That there is enough to knock off 2 stars. I also saw it does leave water spots on it and if that is concerning, try to clean, and put some wax and polish it to help protect the finish. I did this twice and it helps for an easy clean and no water spot stains. Hope this helps users considering to buy this product.

The tap that came with this sink kept leaking and pretty much destroyed our cabinet. After several attempts at replacing hoses, "O" rings and eventually replacing the tap from seller, we gave up and bought this tap. So far we really like it. It's heavy, and seems very well made and looks attractive. And it's not leaking(yet, touch wood).Very happy with this purchase. Shipment was fast.

I have lots of other chrome faucets at home but this one is the only one that stains when droplets of water dry on it so if you have little kids at home or don't want to be a slave of polishing this faucet then better stay away from it

Packed nicely for shipping. Good, basic instructions. Easy install. Everything fit right out of the box for me. Great flow from the spout. Looks elegant.

Love the look of this faucet but the hose is leaking. We just installed it and the female end is leaking out the top of the connector. Now we are having trouble finding a replacement.

Good quality, looks good
