Bought two of these, one for home office and one for work office. I've been using these now for nearly a year in a busy noisy open plan office. Quality is normal, both hearing and being heard, they have good adjustability to fit most head sizes. The thing that does it for me is the noise cancelling, I have never had a meeting where I am asked to mute my mic because of background noise. Even if I lift the mic boom to speak to a colleague in the office, people in the meeting cannot hear me! The cable can be a little sensitive, if you catch it or pull too hard on it the mic drops out causing people to not hear me for a moment or two, hence why it's 4*. They are actually quite good at cancelling out most of the office noise if just wearing them.

Been using these when I'm working from home for a few months now. No issues. Sound quality ok. Comfortable and adjustable.

Terrible audio quality, uncomfortable, microphone doesn’t work, terrible wire quality and will become faulty in less than 3 months.

I have got through several headsets over the years. Seems good value for money. Microphone quality is excellent compared to others I have tried which sound muffled and wooly. Headphones are good with decent enough quality. The cushions rest on the ear and are confortable and do reduce the background noise. Good thing is the mic can swivel up to protect it during transit. The volume and mute buttons worked on (Win 10 + Teams).

While the headset offers decent sound quality and comfort for its price, the noise-canceling microphone falls short of expectations. In an office setting, it struggles to block out external noises effectively, allowing significant background sounds to seep through during calls or recordings. This can be distracting and inconvenient, especially in busy environments. If noise cancellation is a priority, you might want to explore other options.

I needed a cheap headset for work and this did the job. There are a couple of issue, one of which is that the mute switch doesn’t seem to work anymore after only 2 months and the other that the boom comes very close to the face so you have to position the headset so it doesn’t rub on your cheek.

It’s alright, sound quality is ok! Relatively comfy, mute on/off button doesn’t work at all, from my point of view, I wouldn’t recommend buying them not for £20

I purchased USB type headphone so posting the review here. Pros 1. USB support so can work for any computer. 2. 3.5 mm jack of other headphones gets loose after repeated use so those headphones may not detect in conputer after few months of usage, so this USB headphone was best choice for me. 3. Good noise cancellation. 4. In built mic on/off control, but wont show on MS Teams / Zoom app that its mute or not so you've to see the mute button physically to check whether you're on me or not. 5. Built-in volume control - superb, was required! 6. Longer cord length 7. Anti-tangle cord - doesn't tangle up easily amd you can straighten the cord up quick. 8. Adjustable headphones - carefully pull ear cups and it'll extend ; thus fit for almost all heads. I've seen reviews saying it cannot be extended, its wrong, they dont know how to extend. Please read the instruction booklet carefully. Cons: 1. Poor packaging ; I mean for about 1800₹ a decent brand packing should've been provided, but was packed only in a zip-lock cover and shipped in a cardboard outer shipping pack. It could've been damaged in transit but amazon did a good job to take care that doesn't happen. No other cons. Other than that am perfectly happy with the product! 👍 😊

This headphones are great and very comfortable. Whenever, I use this headphones it makes the other person think I am right next to them because of the clarity of sound and noise cancelling features. Great product for the price!
