Welch Allyn REUSE-10 FlexiPort Reuseable Blood Pressure Cuffs with No Tubes or Connector, Raw Cuff, Small Adult, Size 10

Item NOT as pictured. It doesn't have the loop at the top, is made out of some sort of soft, heavy coated paper, stamped "Made in Mexico" (does say Welch Allyn also), and is snow white. It is clearly marked "DISPOSABLE", NOT REUSE. I don't have time to return it before leaving on the disaster response trip I ordered it for. This will get absolutely filthy inside of a couple of uses and I don't even think it will hold up to being cleaned.

Ideally, they would sell it full, because if they are not more expensive.
