I injured my back a few months ago, whilst doing some heavy lifting. Nothing major - or so I thought. Normally, it would sort itself out and I'd be ok in a week or so. Two months later, I still had problems with my back, and I was no longer able to sleep on my side.As a last resort before going to the doctors, I decided to give this a go. On the first time of wearing, I noticed how much it was supporting my back and shoulders, even when doing simple things like reaching for the remote. As time went on, it was supporting me less, which suggested that my posture was improving. I also felt a gradual improvement in my back injury.And hey presto! One month later, my back had made a full recovery. I now wear it 2-3 times a week to help maintain a good posture.For the record, I prefer to wear it over my t-shirt. Wearing it under clothing can get uncomfortable. When my back was injured, I wore it twice daily, for about an hour at a time.I highly recommend this to anyone with a back problem.

This was chosen for its design and ease of putting it on which is good. However it gave me no support, felt too high up the back and it did not prevent the shoulders falling forward

Very comfortable. It certainly is taking the strain off my shoulders and painful arm. It slides forward and I need to keep pulling it back into the best supportive position but I suspect that they all do that. A good buy and good value for money

Didn't really understand why this product is so highly rated. It is very uncomfortable and so tight around armpits (I am a female size 8-10), it cuts in and leaves marks, twists and is more trouble than it's worth. You have to constantly pull it down and it doesn't stay like that... keeps moving up and doesn't perform its function. I sent it back and got my money back.

This is by far the most comfortable posture corrector I've ever experienced. The posture corrector is made of high-quality materials, it did not give off any chemical smell. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the product. Comfort, ease, wellness and peace of mind all rolled into one.

It does help but way too bulky and uncomfortable to wear under clothes for a whole day.Also there are instructions to put it on but then again it’s not exactly rocket science, you put your arms through the holes. The same way a t-shirt doesn’t come with instructions.If you end up wearing this product like a pair of pants you are probably doing it wrong.

I use this for bad posture correction and persistent neckache. Whilst still early days. I can definitely say it makes a difference. And it certainly makes you aware of poor posture. It is as comfortable as you could expect, does not pinch, and is easy to adjust. I have noticed improvement in many areas and look forward to many more as my body gains experience with this handy tool. Starting gradually and I feel sure the long term rewards will come.
