I bought this for my classroom because it's a germy place (and sometimes stinky :)) I love this scent and can smell it from across the room. Also, I use this at home regularly and really believe it helps unstuff/unclog my sinuses.

I tried this Zen Sleep Essential Oil Blend several times and I felt it did not make a difference in my going to sleep . It smells great tho. I did notice I would wake up with a runny nose whenever I tested this product.

A lovely, calming and restful scent that isn't overpowering; I use it in a room diffuser to help me sleep. And the 30 ml bottle is a great value for something that smells so good!
