Easy to install, quiet operation and excellent quality. The base sticks out a little too far, but it is not a big deal.

Overall, this is a well made piece. The steel is thick and well made, the rollers work well, it comes with everything you need to mount it and tools to tighten/loosen it for a very reasonable price. It's adjustable for different width and distance doors and allowed me to not have to drill into my hardwood floors but instead the painted wall which is easier to patch if needed down the line. The finish perfectly matched my barn door hardware and it was way better than the little black plastic "T" that kit came with to hold the base of the door.The issue that removed 1 star and made me modify it before using it was the distance it requires from the wall. The door has to be 1-1/8" minimum from the mounting surface to use this part which is a substantial gap. Especially for me since I had baseboards so I would have had to offset the door almost 1-3/4" from the wall to use this bracket. I ended up cutting the mounting end of the bracket off, rotating it 90 degrees and welding it together to allow it to mount inside the doorway instead of the to the wall. This let me bring the door in with only 1/8" clearance to the baseboards really tightening it up and now the door keeps a lot more light from coming into the bedroom. See my pics if that description doesn't make sense. Also, as a note, my door never was able to open all the way and always had an overhang of a couple inches when fully open which allowed this to work.Normally for that amount of modification, I'd be unhappy and take off more stars, but truthfully the dimensions are on the listing and the quality of the part was good. I just wish it would tuck closer to the wall. Just buy this knowing how much you'll have to offset the door (possibly using a header board) to allow it to work. That being said, I still haven't found anything that I like better and having the roller on either side of the door makes it work great!

The media could not be loaded.  They were easy to install with electric drill. Barn doors are a new install for me and these were the best looking gliders to use instead of penetrating the flooring with gliders.

Ordered this specifically because it said heavy duty , ballbearings, easy roll, and it was right. Now you will see in the pictures it only has one roller. That's because it's a custom door I made and was to close to the wall for the inner roller. But it still slides just fine. I made the door to seal like a regular exterior door that's why it's so close to the wall . It's easy to install . Mark the bottom of the door on the wall ( or measure from the floor up) then remove door. Line on wall drop down ( 1/8 - 1/4 in )Take door guide place bottom on lower line mark holes for mounting screws. ( I pre drill holes ) screw bracket to wall. Adjust rollers one all the way against wall and one out do no tighten yet. Rehang door make sure it's in between the rollers. Now adjust roller against door to desired pressure. Hope this helps. Mine slides smooth with just one roller.

Was looking for door Guide that did not drill into floor. Found these and are perfect connects to Baseboard. Which cannot not see behind the door. Only issue is it sticks out about 1/2" but has not been an issue.

Door slides like butter!Dislikes -None really.Add the measurement from the back edge of the bracket where it attaches to the wall to the front edge of the back wheel. This is the minimum distance between the wall/trim to the back of the door. If you have less than 1" you may have trouble or have to modify the install. If over 1" be sure to see whether you need the 3-1/2" (small) or the 5" model.

First thing to understand… your door needs to be 1-1/8” or more away from the location you plan to mount this. They place the inner wheel a bigger distance from the vertical leg of the mount than they probably needed to. This makes it less versitile. I ended up drilling and tapping a new inner wheel mounting hole to shrink that minimum space to roughly 7/8”. I knew this before I bought it so I won’t knock my rating of the product. It’s rock solid, and if you adjust the roller correctly, it absolutely spins freely and securely. There’s a locking nut under the wheel that you need to use to do the final tightening. If the wheel doesn’t spin free, unscrew the bolt a tad, then hold it, while retightening the locking nut. It will free up if you do it right.

Was easy to install and seemed strong to keep our barn doors from sliding around.
