Don’t listen to other reviews. I bought this for my dwarf hamster and he absolutely loves it. I was slightly concerned by other reviews but it’s so easy to clean and so perfect for a hamsters needs. And sooo much cheaper than others as good.

This cage came without instructions, bottom tray was broken, wire sides were not properly connected and broken, flimsy and whilst attempting to put together tubes were falling apart. When trying to refund item, was told to wait in 8am-8pm in which nobody turned up to collect. Still waiting on refund.

Appalling product. Poorly made. Instructions that came with it were in polish and for and entirely different cage. The tubes are flimsy and not secure, the cage itself bends resulting in the levels collapsing. Dangerous for your hamster and would not buy from this seller again.

Bars were bent not clips at bottom overall not a good cage like it looks nice but few things wrong

This is the worst cage ever!!Very disappointed and a total waste of money... arrived today and cage was bent... plastic tubes are flimsy... gone back to old cage as this is not safe!!
