I’ve been using this on and off for a year. My hair has not been damaged, and it’s often softer after using this than before. It doesn’t smell bad to me, but it’s a powerful color depositing conditioner, so be prepared for that. I’ll stain my shower orange if I don’t immediately rinse any stray spots, even when the errant conditioner is nothing more than colored water.I appreciate that whenever I use this, I get compliments on my hair. People think that I just had my hair dyed to ginger again. It does work better on pre-dyed hair than on my virgin roots, but still deposits enough color at the top that it’ll blend with the more saturated shafts and ends. I used to use a different red conditioner, but it was more red than ginger which was not my preference.My normal routine is to use this 2x between hair coloring sessions as part of an everything shower. (So maybe once every month and a half since I don’t go to the salon very often. You could probably use it more without any adverse effects). I’ll put it into my hair after shampooing, from root to ends, and make sure every strand is covered so there are no patches. I’ll clip my hair up with a claw clip, slightly scrub at any stray color on the tub or walls, make sure my neck and face are clear of any color so I don’t dye the skin, and then leave it in for 20 minutes. I think it recommends less time than that but the longer the better imo. I always rinse it out super well with cool water. I don’t wear white the next day just in case because I’m paranoid about potentially wrecking a shirt.Using it like this, I’m still on the same bottle that I first bought over half a year ago. I’ll buy it again when it runs out :) it’s a fantastic value for the price. If you have super thick and long hair, you’ll go through it faster. Mine is relatively thin and fine but is long.Enjoy your refreshed hair for cheap!

The color is wonderful, perfect copper/red color - very natural. Nice smell too! Will buy again!

I have bleached blonde hair and have always had a problem with brassy tones. Have tried so many purple shampoos and conditioners. None of them ever really worked very good. This one works! I used it on damp hair,left it in for about 5 minutes.It doesn't have an overpowering scent ... It took all the brassy tones out. Also left my hair soft... I love this! Will definitely buy it again!

I'm growing out my natural color which is brown peppered with gray after previously being highlighted. The highlights had gotten brassy over time, so I bought the SILVER ASH BLONDE to try to tone them down & make the the transition less noticeable. The toner made the brassy part less orange and the natural part a little darker to blend better. The photo is a before & after the 1st use - leaving it in for about 8 minutes (after washing/conditioning with my normal products). My hair felt softer after & the scent is pleasant too.

Definitely did more than I expected! My color was pretty faded and wanted to refresh it, I didnt see any reviews on this color so heres mine! The smell is not strong and is very pleasant, the copper turned out a bit darker but it will definitely fade so im not worried, but I definitely recommend this color! Its bright when the sun hits and super dark in normal lighting, the name matches the color for sure! I applied it on dry hair and let it sit for 15 min before rinsing, i have washed my hair once so far and the color is still there , overall I like this product and will definitely buy and recommend!

This stuff, the pearl beige toner-is evil.It ruined my awesome healthy hair.My stylist was SO MAD at me when I went to her to trim the dead ends this product caused.I POURED over the reviews for so many products before I settled on this horrible stuff. I don't know what kind of resilient hair everyone else has, but my super healthy, smooth hair was so hurt by this. I don't have thick hair strands, but it isn't baby fine, either. I can't believe what happened after one use of maybe 4 mins of application to just my roots.I have an amazing plasma hairdryer that dries my hair super fast with zero damage. Once I dried my hair after using this, I swear the ends were angry. All I could think of was now my hair has those little snakes like on Mike Wazowski's girlfriend Celia's hair in Monsters Inc.Other people could see it. (The damage, not the snakes. That would just be ridiculous)I've had to purchase OTHER products to fix the damage this did to my hair. The whole reason I bought it was to extend color between salon trips and save a little money. I've been using a bonding product as well as a very nourishing leave in. Two weeks later, it doesn't quite feel like straw anymore.I wouldn't reccomend this product to anyone that I like. It may not destroy your hair by why on earth take the dumb chance I did. It set my hair back about 8 months of progress of beautiful shine, texture, length and bounce.Stuff is bad juju.

I have used three times and I still have orange/yellow roots mind you when I say roots I mean that part that went back to my normal blonde. I rebleached/highlighted then used this. It worked for the park that was already grown out which I mean by my ends. The picture shown is my ends put on top to show difference. Note this is lower lighting and looks worse in more lighted area. I did use the one for grey because I liked the look of the example better. The one for grey is still a purple tint it is not blue. I would not use this as a "just bleached/highlighted" hair again. Good for time to time use that already used a good toner. I rrally wanted this to work because I didnt want to use an ammonia toner as I am in third trimester of pregnancy.
