Wonderfly Horizontal Holster Compatible for Apple iPhone SE 2022, SE 2020, iPhone 8 or iPhone 7, a XL Leather Carrying Case with Belt Clip and Belt Loops, Fits The Phone with Battery Case

First, gave it 4 stars because what I got is not as illustrated. The illustration shows the belt loop behind the metal clip. What I got was the metal clip attached to the body of the case with two belt loops separately attached to the body on either side. These loops are made of what is probably fake leather and are sewn to the body. While I don't use them (use the metal clip) my fear (based on a previous phone holster) is that they would tear out after a short time. (This separate clip/belt loop design allows the use of the clip and loops concurrently. However, there is still enough strain on the loops that I fear they would tear out.)Second, the case is heavy woven nylon with a soft, felt-like inner lining. The closure is Velcro and quite secure as the "rip" when I open it can be heard across the room. The metal clip is riveted on but cannot tell if it is riveted only to the fake leather behind it which is sewn (and apparently glued as well) to the body of the case but through the nylon body as well. (I suspect the former.)Third, my phone is an iPhone 8 (NOT 8+) in an OtterBox Defender. It is a pretty snug fit & I often find myself wishing it was just, maybe, 1/8 inch longer. However on the plus side, even if the flap were not secured (little chance of that with the built in curve of the flap and the Velcro) the phone would stay in the case. I do find myself wishing the case had a cut-out on the bottom so the phone could be pushed out rather than having to be pulled out by the edge of the Otter Box case.Finally, I've had this case for not quite two months and so far it has proved durable. My last one lasted just over a year before it fell apart so will see how this one survives the next months.

I love the way my iPhone fits it in the holster repeat after me but I have a problem with the support bell hanger twisting around the wrong way or tearing lose.

Very small tight fit. It would not stay on belt and fell off every time my husband bent over or moved. It needs belt loops to stay on. Missed the window to return, so it was a waste of money. Too bad. It's nicely made.

I now carry a receiver for a CGM (Dextron) and had trouble finding a case to fit it. This one is still a bit too big, but sturdy enough to survive. I'm using it daily.

Very well made case. The Velcro closure is great and the belt attachment is secure. It is larger and more bulky than some other similar horizontal belt cases.

The case is built fairly decent, however, the fit for my iPhone is pretty tight. So if you have a phone with a thick case, try to get the largest size or you'll have to squeeze your phone in to it. After wearing it a few times, I had to give up on it because it would not stay on and fell off every time I bent or moved with it. You will need a belt to be able to keep it on without falling and I don't wear a belt. It's too late to send back, so it was a waste of money..

It is a very well made case and fits the phone exactly as it should. Very good.

Since upgrading to the Microsoft Lumia 950 (standard) model, I needed a larger case with the same material durability and quality as my previous case for my smaller Nokia Lumia 635 model. This case offers durability and the right amount of size for a larger phone (my phone has a 5.2" screen). Plus, the metal clip is strong, and built to last through continuous tugs and abuse. If I had one quibble, it would be with the hook and loop (Velcro) feature - while durable, it is a little to strong when secured, and creates a loud rip sound when pulled. Otherwise, highly recommended.
