Kuryakyn 5283 Momentum Drifter Motorcycle Travel Luggage: Weather Resistant Roll Bag with Sissy Bar Straps, Black, 18.5” W x 11.5” T x 12” D

I took this bag along on my 6,000 mile round trip across the USA-2021. It worked well as a seat bag on my '18 Africa Twin and as a rear rack bag when flipped around for a passenger. Super quality and great features like: two zippers on each flap, a handy bungee net on top to hold a bug rag or wet rain gear. The internal bag stiffener keeps the bag looking good on the bike. It fit my rain, gloves, rain gear, visor, snacks, water bottle, chain lube bottle, iphone, and clean rags. Great product.

Received this product and immediately noticed the quality of the build was top notch as soon as I took it out of the package. Used it the next day for a three day trip. It was easy to install and had a good capacity. Because it is ridgid it keeps its form which is a great feature. If you buy this the only thing you should know is that the rain cover is in a hidden zippered pocket on the bottom of the bag - why? Just put it in one of the side pockets and don't put a useless compartment on the bottom of the bag. Not the cheapest bag, but if you want quality and are willing to pay for it you will not be disappointed. Definitely a 5 star product.

This order arrived as expected with no delivery problems. Upon opening the box I was impressed beyond expectations with the quality of the luggage. It is apparent that a tremendous amount of thought went into the design and development of this product. I haven’t taken it on a trip yet but am looking forward to doing that very soon. I recommend this with my highest rating.

Overall I really like the bag and the way it looks on the bike. I commute daily on a BMW K1600 with side bags and top case, but I wanted something smaller and more "sporty" that i could carry things to/from work in lieu of the hard bags, and it needed to be rain proof. There were multiple bags from which to choose but i opted for the Kurakyn because I have another Kuraykyn bag that has held up really well. My only disappointment with the bag is the "tethered rain cover" that isn't really tethered. My other Kurakyn bag does have a "tethered" rain cover that won't separate from the bag should it come loose, however the Momentum Drifter rain cover has a small velcro tab they consider a tether. There is no way that should be called a "tether" and for that I'm taking away a star in the rating. The good news is, there is an elastic drawstring that allows you tighten the rain cover; the bad news is, the straps used to secure the bag to the bike prevent the rain cover from fully wrapping around the bag so over time wind will most likely creep under the bag and blow the rain cover off - GOOD BYE RAIN COVER! Having said that, for now the rain cover is new and the elastic is tight and on my ride home today in pouring rain the cover stayed secure at speeds over 90 mph (when I got to areas where there was no rain). I might buy this bag again but if someone stole it tomorrow I'd probably get another one and I'll definitely confirm the rain tether is permanently attached. It's only a matter of time before it gets lost.

Bag is solid. Would give it 5 stars but it did not come with the rain bag like it was supposed to.

Great quality and style. Good for an overnighter or two on my cruiser. Lots of attachment points and extra straps to use for mounting. Enough space for a few key items or add it to your bike for extra storage

My rain cover never showed up with package...everything else was perfect.
