Inconsistent and unreliable
After researching these machines, I selected this machine over other’s because there were a number of positive reviews by verified buyers as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. Unfortunately, the experience they had didn’t resemble that of the other reviews. The machine was incredibly inconsistent, putting out formula mixed at incorrect ratios (dangerous for a newborn!) water with no formula, formula that was clumped up in the water. They tried rereading instructions, giving it a break-in period, but formula is too expensive to waste and who wants to waste time with a machine that’s only purpose is to save time. Maybe they got a lemon, but I was very disappointed with the purchase and just requested a return.

The quietness and its fast maker ,your baby won't even know.
I love this item, I am a Male, trying to find a quiet maker for taking care of baby at night ,its so quiet and quick, it's easy to clean, my wife love it she use it more than me.

So many fake 5* reviews!!!
I returned this after 5 days of straight cleaning up the whole machine! Also, the instant heat up is a hit and miss, it completely stop working after 3rd times of using...! BUYER beware with all the positive reviews of this product! A lot of 5* reviews got removed due to violations!
