Hungarian goulash
appropriately named Goose Liver for this was NOT Foie Gras.... I had told my guests that I would have something special for Christmas Eve They had onre bite and that was it... It did not come from France but from HUNGARY AND IT WAS AWFUL.....My Grandaughter said she liked liverwurst better and I agree, It was that bad.I should have known better but the one I had wanted was sold out...Sorry but this is my review to warn others not to buy this product. It does not even deserve a 1 star!

I have had this product several times (not yet tasting this time / because It's reserved for Season Holidays Gift). It luckily arrives on time. The product is always rich and tasty. My kids loves so much.Thanks

Disappointing.
We were given this for Xmas. It arrived very promptly. But I am sorry to say that we found it very disappointing, especially compared to a duck foie gras from France [Labeyrie] eaten during the same holiday period. Now, we know goose has a milder taste then duck. But it does have some. This had very little flavor, and the consistency was a bit grainy, when foie gras should be very smooth.
